Reema's doodles are her voice, a manifestation of her journey through dark times and finding peace and stillness in art. For Reema, each line, swirl and pen stroke represents a step towards reclaiming joy and embracing this life with a newfound resilience.
Through her whimsical characters and intricate patterns, Reema invites her viewer to join her on a transformative, often bemusing voyage of self-discovery. What she is unable to express in words, she does through art, which is often a meditative doodled journey through a multitude of convoluted emotions. A compulsive practice that reflects the complexity of our thoughts & feelings. Little stories that are forced to have limits in the confines of our human minds but unbound in the infinity of her imagination.
